HOW TO USE CEYLON CINNAMON LEAF OIL

1 . EVERYDAY DISINFECTANT



Mix 1% of Ceylon Cinnamon Leaf Oil with 99% water and you have a fabulous smelling disinfectant. Use it on your cutting board after cutting Chicken. 2. TOENAIL FUNGUS



Ceylon Cinnamon Leaf has great drying properties in addition to being a great disinfectant and fungus killer. This makes it one of the best natural toenail fungus treatments options. 3. ODOR NEUTRALIZER



Do you have a plastic garbage can that seems to accumulate smells that never leave? Wash the trash can first and then spray 100% Ceylon Cinnamon leaf oil and wipe it down with a micro fiber cloth. Smells gone instantly. Same in the toilet. get rid of lingering odors instantly. Great for schools and office toilet which tend to get very high usage. 4. GET RID OF ANTS



Every spring ants are a huge nuisance in many kitchens throughout the World. Did you know that ants do not cross a Cinnamon Leaf Oil line? The easy solution is to clean and vacuum the house. Once the existing ants have been removed dip a Q-tip in 100% Ceylon Cinnamon Leaf Oil and on the inside perimeter of your house. Especially where the ants might enter the house like a kitchen window. Do not leave any gaps. The ants will not come in. All you need is a thin unbroken line. Do spray all over the place but if you wish you can dilute and wipe down counter surfaces, under sinks and the garbage cans. But do this after the ants have gone as a future preventive technique.

5. MOUTH WASH



A good quality Ceylon Cinnamon Leaf should have 75% Eugenol. The higher the level of Eugenol (at least 75%) the better the quality. Eugenol was an ingredient that has been used in dentistry for decades. That makes it ideal as an excellent mouth wash especially if you have gum disease. Mix 1% Ceylon Leaf Oil with 99% water and rinse. Great to soak dentures too.

6. MOULD & FUNGUS



As a powerful mold killer Ceylon Cinnamon leaf oil is a great way to reduce or eliminate fungus and mold that can grow in toilets and other areas which tend accumulate in humid hot spots.

HOW TO BUY AND USE LEAF OIL



The quality of Ceylon Cinnamon Leaf Oil can vary dramatically. The way to ensure you are getting good quality is to make sure it is steam distilled and has at least 75% Eugenol, which is the ingredient that denotes quality.

HOW TO USE
Internally Not generally recommended because it can cause herxing. However it is reputed to work extremely well for Lyme disease. We do not however know how much you should take for this purpose or how.
Topically to disinfect
Add 1-3% Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil in a spray mister bottle and wipe down surface with a clean micro fiber cloth. That means 12 drops per oz. of water at a 1% dilution.
Diffusion Use Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil for diffusion. Although the smell is nice, the Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil is far better for this purpose.
For Massage Mix 1% Ceylon cinnamon Bark Oil with coconut oil or other carrier oil for massage. For example if you use 2 oz's of Coconut oil you would add 12 drops of Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil.
